Happy New Year! Expressive Soul Movement is a barefooted, nonverbal movement experience meant to support authentic expression & transformation through movement. On Jan. 7th, 10% of the proceed from the Expressive Soul Movement class at The Hill Country Fitness will go to the BCRC.
