We are proud to announce the 10^th annual Eat the Heat Fund Raiser sponsored by the Austin Chapter of NACE, the National Association of Catering Executives (www.nace-austin.com).  Our 10^th Anniversary year will be an action packed, fun-filled evening featuring a progressive cocktail party throughout the lovely downtown Sheraton Austin Hotel. This Nationally recognized and award-winning evening includes a chef’s showcase (featuring Austin’s top culinary talent and their favorite ways to beat the grueling Texas summers), silent auction, entertainment, and live music (Austin IS, after all, the live music capitol of the world !)

Proceeds benefit the Foundation of NACE and provide NACE-member scholarships in support of attendance at the organization’s National Educational and or Leadership Conference each year.  A portion of the event’s net profit also benefits our 2009 and 2010 Charity Partner, Breast Cancer Resource Center of Austin (www.bcrc.org).
